We have commenced a wide-ranging programme together with our subsidiaries – the city’s housing companies. We are endeavouring to make Gothenburg a cohesive, stimulating and socially sustainable city. We want to live in an integrated, eco-friendly city that is attractive for everyone.

The Framtiden Group now produce over 1200 homes around Gothenburg. Framtiden Byggutveckling builds rental apartments and Egnahemsbolaget condominiums and single-family homes. Both companies focus on reducing production costs and the climate footprint. All in order to be able to offer people living in Gothenburg homes in sustainable environments at reasonable prices.
